SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
We ship our packages out via Canada Post. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Orders require 2-3 business days for delivery after it ships, all depending on its final destination. As soon as your order ships, shipping confirmation and tracking will be sent to you via email.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day. If your package is delay, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Make sure you have included All the information needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via Canada Post to the address you provide.
**If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and unfortunately we DO NOT ALLOW items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients. All sales are final.
